Taxation (Land Information and Offshore Persons Information) Bill

This bill is an omnibus bill intended to improve compliance with the Income Tax Act 2007. It amends the Land Transfer Act 1952 to get better tax information from all people dealing in land. Amendments to the Tax Administration Act 1994 relate to tax enforcement against people dealing in land and promote the enforcement of tax obligations of offshore persons.MP in charge
