Social Workers Registration Legislation Bill

This bill is an omnibus bill introduced under Standing Order 263(a). The objective of this bill is to increase the professionalism of the social work profession by increasing coverage of the regulatory regime; ensuring social workers are competent and fit to practise; and increasing the effectiveness and transparency of the way the Act works.MP in charge
