Social Assistance Legislation (Accommodation Supplement and Income-related Rent) Amendment Bill

This bill is an omnibus bill intended to address the double subsidisation of housing subsidies and ensuring households are treated more equitably when calculating housing subsidies, the income-related rent subsidy, or other assistance.
