Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Amendment Bill

This bill amends the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products Act 1990 to remove the changes made by the Smokefree Environments and Regulated Products (Smoked Tobacco) Amendment Act 2022 that relate to retail reduction, limiting nicotine levels in smoked tobacco products, and introducing a smokefree generation.MP in charge
