Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) (Customary Marine Title) Amendment Bill

This bill amends the Marine and Coastal Area (Takutai Moana) Act 2011 to define the applicable requirements for recognition of customary marine title and to alter aspects of the law that are expressed in certain judgments specified in the bill.
