New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute Vesting Bill
Bills are proposals to make a new law or to change an existing one. Only Parliament can pass a bill. Each bill goes through several stages, giving MPs and the public the chance to have their say.
This bill provides for the assets and liabilities of the New Zealand Māori Arts and Crafts Institute to be transferred to Te Puia NZMACI Limited Partnership, and also provides for the partnership to continue to function in line with the institute’s current functions.MP in charge
