Social Housing Reform (Transaction Mandate) Bill

This bill amends the Housing Corporation Act 1974 to provide designated Ministers with the authority to transfer Housing New Zealand Corporation properties, and the properties of HNZC's subsidiaries, by entering into contracts and performing other acts in the name of, and on behalf of, any one or more of HNZC and HNZC's subsidiaries, as relevant.MP in charge
