Appropriation (2015/16 Confirmation and Validation) Bill

Bills are proposals to make a new law or to change an existing one. Only Parliament can pass a bill. Each bill goes through several stages, giving MPs and the public the chance to have their say.

This bill will confirm the Public Finance (Transfers Between Outputs) Order 2016, confirm unappropriated expenditure incurred for the 2015/16 financial year, and validate certain unappropriated expenditure.
