Law Reform (Epidemic Preparedness) Bill

The policy of this bill is to ensure that, should there be a human outbreak of avian influenza, or an outbreak of a similar infectious disease capable of becoming an epidemic, the Crown has powers to ensure an appropriate response can be made.MP in charge
