St Peter's Parish Endowment Fund Trust Bill

Private Bill
Published date: 31 Aug 2023

Bills are proposals to make a new law or to change an existing one. Only Parliament can pass a bill. Each bill goes through several stages, giving MPs and the public the chance to have their say.

This Private Bill enables the St Peter's (Wellington) Endowment Fund Trust Board to make distributions that are not restricted to the amount of income earned in the year preceding the year of distribution, provides for a limitation on the liability of the members of the Trust Board, and enables the updating of its governance arrangements.
