Budapest Convention and Related Matters Legislation Amendment Bill

The single broad policy implemented by this omnibus bill is to align New Zealand's legislation with the Budapest Convention in a way that is consistent with human rights obligations, in order to enable New Zealand to accede to the Convention.MP in charge
