Land Transport Management (Time of Use Charging) Amendment Bill

This bill establishes a framework for implementing time of use charging schemes in New Zealand. It enables local authorities to identify areas of problematic congestion, propose indicative scheme areas, and outline potential charging zones for approval by the Minister of Transport.
